I want to start by saying that the staff here is fantastic. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable. As a bonus, the music they played during my procedure was top-notch. The reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because I left feeling completely bamboozled by the billing process. During a routine dental checkup, my dentist discovered what appeared to be an abscess and confirmed it with an X-ray. They referred me back to Three Rivers Endodontics because they had performed my original root canal. Prior to my arrival, I was presented with the consultation fee and signed the paperwork. I understand they disclosed the cost upfront, and I chose to proceed because I needed to have the abscess taken care of. That said, I still believe it’s a poor practice to require patients to pay hundreds of dollars simply to have a specialist confirm what a referring dentist has already diagnosed before treatment can move forward. At that first appointment, I paid $214, and my insurance billed me another $300. From a patient’s perspective, roughly $500 was spent just to confirm the reason for the referral. I understand the office has no control over what my insurance

I came here to get some bad dental work fixed. This was the easiest, most stress free root canal I've ever experienced. Dr. Craven was delightful, I appreciated his banter and sense of humor. They definitely know what they're doing!

Lovely practice and people. From check-in to the examination with Assistant Lindsey and Dr Zhang who were both kind and patient, explaining what was happening during the examination to identify the issue and then ultimately through performing the root canal. I also received a follow up call to check how I was doing a couple of days later. Highly recommended.

I had an appointment for a root canal. My experience was pleasant, even though I had been in extreme pain for three weeks. Dr. Craven and his assistant were great. His singing help relax me and take my mind off all that was going on. I recommend him and Three Rivers Endodontics to everyone.

Nobody likes getting a root canal, but I feel like Three Rivers Endodontics made it the easiest possible! I was able to get in earlier than scheduled on their wait list which was amazing. Everyone was friendly, communicative and thorough every step of the way. Could have asked for better care while in a not so pleasant situation! Great views too!
